If you need help when we are closed
The surgery is responsible for patient care between the hours of 8am and 6.30pm Monday – Friday except Bank Holidays.
Main Reception Doors are open 8.30am – 1.00pm and 2.00pm – 6.30pm. For routine enquiries, collection of medication & appointment bookings
Telephone lines are open 8.30am – 1pm and 2.00pm – 6.00pm. For enquiries and appointments bookings
Emergency access still remains available between 8.00am – 6.30pm. if needed.
Contact NHS 111 for medical advice when the practice is closed. NHS Warwickshire is responsible for your medical care. A message will be left on the Surgery answer phone giving you the contact number for this service.
If you need to be seen by this Service you will need to travel to the Out of Hours Centre, which is located within the Accident & Emergency Department at Warwick Hospital. If you are too ill or disabled to travel arrangements will be made for you to be seen by an Emergency Care Practitioner.
Out-of-hours services are generally busy – if your query is of a non-urgent nature and you can wait until the surgery reopens, we advise you to use our Online Consultation service instead and get a response from the practice before the end of the next working day.

Dispensary
Most patients who live more than a mile from a pharmacy can have their medication dispensed from the Surgery. Generally, prescriptions issued during a surgery can be dispensed before yo leave the Surgery. All dispensed items are checked by a doctor before issue.

How to make a complaint
We aim to give a friendly and professional service to everyone who attends our Surgery. However, if, for any reason, our service should fall below our patients’ satisfaction, we take all complaints very seriously. If you would like to make a complaint regarding the surgery or the services we offer, please contact the Practice Manager, either by telephone or in writing, who will make every effort to respond to your concerns as soon as possible. All complaints will be treated as confidential.
